sorry for being MIA. real life has been keeping me from playing on the interweb! boo.
things haven't calmed down much but i was looking for something delish to make for dinner this week and found THIS... swiss chard and sweet potato gratin.
i know, right? who wants to make it with me and compare notes?

Ohhh I've wanted to make that for a few days now! Granted, I think I'm going to have to use spinach because I'm trying to clean out the fridge before Thanksgiving :)
