birthdays are definitely best celebrated by mothers and daughters (and mothers and sons, and fathers and daughters and sons) don't you think? i mean, they made us so it only seems right to give them a hand for their ingenuity. ;)

unfortunately, i won't be able to be with my parents this birthday, but i'll still be having a fab time since boone planned for some birthday fun with sweet friends tomorrow night. last year we decided that we'd be much happier if we gave each other experiences/time together rather than stuff for our birthdays, so i can hardly wait for friday night! want to come with us?

aren't i a lucky duck to have such a sweet honey?
